Crafted with a beautiful and durable Italian olive wood handle, the slicing knife features 64 layers of Damascus steel folded around a VG-10 steel core. Forged in Solingen, Germany with a Rockwell hardness of 61, the knives hold a finely sharp edge and perform any kitchen task with ease.
