Le Creuset Giant Reversible Grill / Griddle

With a generous cooking surface and two-in-one design, the Giant Reversible Grill/Griddle brings the delicious flavor of outdoor grilling conveniently indoors. The generous cooking surface can accomodate family-sized meals of kebabs, burgers, steaks and vegetables on the grill side, and pancakes, eggs and bacon on the griddle side. It is finished with a black satin enamel that eliminates the need for the traditional seasoning and maintenance of raw cast iron, and develops a natural patina over time that is ideal for searing, browning and grilling.

While the Grill/Griddle is compatible with most heating elements, it is not recommended for use on ceramic stovetops.
